ROTARY SPEAKER - USS NORTH DAKOTA - 12-1-15

Bob Wefald of Bismarck started 17 years ago to get a US Naval ship named after North Dakota. Well he did, and it's a beauty! He spoke to the Williston Rotary Club and he brought along the LT. Commander and the sailor of the year from the USS North Dakota.
